Launching in Q4 2026, our three-hour virtual Expert Masterclasses turn the accessibility issues we repeatedly uncover through hundreds of hours auditing real learning content into focused, practical guidance. Developed from our work with more than 145 organisations since 2019, each live online workshop will help L&D professionals make more informed accessibility decisions they can apply in their own work.
What to expect from our Expert Masterclasses
Each live, three-hour workshop focuses on an important area where our auditing work shows accessibility barriers commonly occur. You will explore practical examples, understand what good practice looks like and leave with clear actions you can apply to your own learning content and production process.

Our first Expert Masterclasses, launching Q4 2026
We are starting with two topics where focused changes can have a significant impact on accessibility. Both workshops are designed to help you identify barriers earlier, make more confident decisions and create learning experiences that work for a wider range of people.
Multimedia Accessibility Masterclass
Learn how to make video, audio, images and animation more accessible by applying captions, transcripts, audio description, alternative text, clear visuals and usable media controls. You will leave able to identify common multimedia barriers earlier, brief colleagues and suppliers more effectively, and review media using a practical accessibility checklist.
Articulate Rise Accessibility Masterclass
Learn how to create more accessible courses in Articulate Rise by making informed choices about structure, text, media, interactions and built-in features. You will leave able to recognise common accessibility risks, work more confidently around Rise limitations and carry out practical checks before publishing.
