Meet Susi Miller

Susi Miller is internationally recognised as one of the leading voices in eLearning accessibility. With over 30 years' experience in learning and development, she has spent her career showing that accessibility is not just compliance, it is the foundation of great learning.

Susi is the author of Designing Accessible Learning Content, and her work has helped shape how organisations approach inclusive design across workplace learning, higher education, and professional training. In 2025, she was named the Learning Performance Institute's Learning Professional of the Year (Gold Winner) for her contributions to accessibility.

Through eLaHub, her work has supported 235+ organisations across 32 countries and trained 1,500+ delegates, helping teams build accessible and inclusive learning content with confidence.
